First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA reserves the right to modify any part of this service agreement without prior notice.
SCHEDULING
By scheduling First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA cleaning services via telephone, email, website, or any other method, the client acknowledges and agrees to the service agreement.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our service, we will return to your home to re-clean the area/task within 21 business days or provide a credit towards your next visit. If you notice any oversights by our cleaner, please inform them to re-clean the area or contact our office before they leave your home. Please reach out to our office during our regular business hours.
PETS
Pets are welcome in our space, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that they are safely secured during cleaning days. Please inform our office of any specific requirements for the protection of your pet(s).
For health and safety reasons, our staff has been instructed to avoid certain items and areas, such as pet homes/beds, litter boxes, vomit, and other biological matter. Our teams will clean around these areas, but if your pet has an accident, it is your responsibility to clean it up.
VALUABLES
When it comes to your valuables, including heirlooms or expensive items, we recommend securing and storing them to prevent any potential accidents. Please inform us of any valuables that you prefer we do not clean or handle. Additionally, please secure money, credit cards, and checkbooks. Please note that we are not liable for any missing currency.
DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
At First Priority Cleaning Services, we prioritize the care of your belongings. While our staff is trained to handle items with caution, we understand that accidents can happen. If you believe that an item has been damaged during our cleaning service, please report it to us within 24 hours of the service completion so we can investigate the issue promptly.
In the rare event that an item is damaged, we will take responsibility and offer to repair or replace it. However, we cannot be held accountable for items that were not properly secured or attached, such as improperly hung pictures or items propped against surfaces.
GLASS/SHOWER DOORS POLICY
It is your responsibility to inform us if your glass shower door(s) are not securely in place. Our team will inspect the shower door(s) before servicing to ensure they are safe. If any issues are identified, we will notify you immediately and provide you with the option to proceed with caution or decline the service. If you choose to proceed with the service, we will take photos of the shower door(s) before starting. By agreeing to this, you understand that First Priority Cleaning Services and its employees are not liable for any damage resulting from faulty installation of items.

EMPLOYEE/CONTRACTOR TRAINING
Our employees undergo extensive training to ensure they meet the high standards set by First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA. They are well-versed in the requirements and expectations for each cleaning visit, providing our customers with exceptional service every time.
ADDITIONS AND/OR CHANGES TO SERVICE
Any modifications or additions to the Service must be approved by the office staff of First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA before or during the scheduled Service Time. If the Customer requires additional services or changes while the Service is being carried out, they must first contact our office by telephone. Our office staff may, at their discretion, agree to provide the requested changes. The Cleaner is not authorized to approve any alterations to the Service. Customers are required to communicate all requests through our office.
SAFETY MEASURES FOR CONTRACTORS/EMPLOYEES
The well-being of our employees is of utmost importance to us. To ensure their safety, our interior housecleaning staff will NOT:
-climb higher than a 3ft 2-step ladder (maid service only)
-lift items heavier than 20 lbs
-clean floors on their hands and knees (with the exception of bathroom floors)
These activities pose a risk of back injury or damage to your home.
However, there may be instances where you require us to move furniture such as tables or large chairs. In such cases, we are not liable for any breakage due to age or faulty manufacturing, nor for any damage caused to your floor during the moving process.
Please note that our cleaning team will not move furniture containing electronics or pull out appliances such as stoves, fridges, or washer/dryers. If you move these items prior to our visit to allow access, we will gladly clean the exposed areas.
IN HOME CLIMATE CONTROL
Prior to the commencement of our services, it is imperative that the temperature within your home is at a comfortable level. Our team will not perform any services in an environment that is not conducive to physical comfort. This includes extreme heat or cold. Should your appointment need to be cancelled due to uncomfortable temperatures, a cancellation fee of $90 will be charged.
OUR CLEANING STAFF WILL NOT:
- Clean or remove bodily fluids, fire or water damage, or mold, as we are not trained or equipped for such tasks.
- Service a home with any insect infestation, including seasonal infestations. If an infestation is discovered, our cleaning staff will leave the property, and you will be notified immediately. A cancellation fee of $90 will be charged.
- Clean the interior of curio cabinets, only dusting the exterior.
- Provide services related to pets or children, or empty diaper pails.
- Perform stain removal, wash walls (spot cleaning only), remove paint, clean animal waste or litter, move or lift items over 20lbs, or undertake any task that may be considered dangerous or unsafe.

LOCK OUTS
A lockout fee of $95 will be charged if our cleaning associates arrive and are unable to access the premises for any reason.
ARRIVAL WINDOW
If you prefer to be present during the cleaning visit, please note that we provide arrival windows. Your Cleaning Technicians will arrive at any time within your scheduled arrival window. It is important that you are present or have made arrangements for us to enter your home within this time frame. Failure to do so may result in the need to cancel or reschedule your visit, with a cancellation fee of $90 being applied.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
We kindly request a minimum of 2 business days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 2 business days' notice, a fee of $90 will be incurred. We uphold a strict policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to it.
LATE ARRIVALS
Various factors, such as cancellations or lockouts, can impact our schedules. In the event that we are running behind schedule for your appointment, we will promptly notify you and provide you with a new estimated time of arrival.
PARKING
In the event that there is no free public parking available within a 1-block radius of your residence, we kindly ask our customers to provide our cleaning associates with one of the following options (within a 1-block radius): a permitted parking space (personal or public), a valid parking permit, or cover any parking fees incurred during the cleaning session. If a suitable parking spot cannot be secured within a 1-block radius within a 15-minute timeframe, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please be aware that a $50 cancellation fee may apply in such circumstances.

WARRANTY PERIOD & CONDITIONS
First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC offers a 48-HOUR WARRANTY PERIOD from the completion of the cleaning. If we missed an area or damaged an item, please contact us within that timeframe, and we will re-clean the area as per our Terms & Conditions. We strive to prevent these issues by training our staff to be meticulous and by inspecting our work. Complaints submitted more than 48 hours after the cleaning is completed fall outside the warranty period and may not be covered. First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC is not liable for repairing or replacing items damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly, or usage.
First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC is committed to providing exceptional cleaning services to our valued customers. However, it is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to certain circumstances beyond our control.
These circumstances include, but are not limited to, a breach of warranty by the customer, such as failure to provide necessary materials or equipment, a safe working environment, or unencumbered access to the premises. We also cannot be held liable for damages caused by defective cleaning materials or equipment provided by the customer, or if our cleaners are unable to proceed for health and safety reasons.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from force majeure events, acts or omissions of the customer or other individuals on the premises during service provision, existing dirt or damage that cannot be fully cleaned, or wear and discoloration that may become more noticeable after cleaning.
PAYMENT
In terms of payment, we require full payment upon completion of service. We accept credit cards through PayPal, personal checks, and cash. For credit card payments, we will send you an email with instructions to ensure your security. Personal checks should be made payable to the designated payee indicated on the invoice, and cash payments require prior approval from our office to avoid being considered a tip.

PAYMENT TERMS

Customers agree to pay the quoted price in full prior to or at the service time, unless otherwise agreed with First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC in advance. If payment has not been made by the service time, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the customer for payment. If contact cannot be made or payment is not received by the service time, the service will be considered cancelled, and the customer will be responsible for any cancellation fees. Payments can be made by credit card or check.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY

First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC is committed to providing exceptional cleaning services to our valued customers. In order to maintain a smooth and efficient payment process, we have established the following late payment policy:
Upon completion of our commercial cleaning services, customers are required to pay the full amount within 7 days of the invoice date. For residential cleaning services, payment is due in full upon completion of the job. Failure to make payment within one calendar month of the original invoice date will result in a late payment fee of $15 for the first month. Subsequently, interest will be charged at a fixed rate of 10% per annum on any outstanding amounts.
In addition to late fees and interest charges, customers agree to indemnify First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC for all legal costs and expenses incurred in connection with any actions taken to recover outstanding debts.
TIPPING EMPLOYEES/CONTRACTORS
While tipping your technicians is not required, it is highly encouraged as a way to show appreciation for a job well done. Tips can be included with your payment, and we will ensure they are passed along to our technicians promptly.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the personalized and subjective nature of our cleaning services, we are unable to offer refunds to customers. However, our ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction. Please refer to our guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. Please note that there are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
RETURNED CHECK FEE
In the event of a check being returned unpaid by your bank, a $75 NSF fee will be charged in addition to the outstanding balance. The remaining balance must be settled immediately with cash or credit card upon notification.
CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEE
Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a 5.7% service charge, along with applicable sales tax. Authorization for credit card payments is valid for a single use only. By making a credit card payment, the Customer agrees not to dispute the transaction with their credit card company, provided that the transaction aligns with the terms specified.
CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
The Customer affirms and guarantees that they will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaner to perform the Service. The Cleaner must have unobstructed access to the areas of the Premises requiring cleaning. The Customer will ensure that the Cleaner has access to all necessary services and utilities, such as hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins. Additionally, the Customer will supply all standard cleaning equipment and materials required by the Cleaner, unless alternative arrangements have been made with First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA.All cleaning equipment and materials provided by the Customer must be safe, untampered with, and in full working order. The Customer is required to inform First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks, ingrained dirt, grease, or grime at the Premises before the Service begins. The Customer must also have authorization to use the Premises and request the provision of Service. If the Customer needs the Cleaner to clean behind or under heavy items, such as a fridge or bookshelf, they must move those items before the Service starts. Additionally, the Customer must secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable, or valuable items, including cash, jewelry, works of art, antiques, or sentimental items before the Service begins.
NO ENGAGEMENT OF CLEANERS/TECHNICIANS/OFFICE PERSONNEL
The Customer acknowledges that First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC invests significant resources in recruiting, selecting, and training its staff. Without prior written permission from First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC, the Customer is prohibited from engaging, employing, or contracting with any staff member to provide domestic services during the period of service or within 12 months after the conclusion of any Service. The Customer understands that a breach of this clause may result in loss and damage, including consequential loss, to First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC.
BOOKING POLICY
Customers are encouraged to make bookings directly over the telephone. Third-party bookings are only accepted if the third party will be responsible for payment. When making a booking, customers must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks, ingrained dirt, grease, or grime at the premises. First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC will provide a quotation at the time of booking. Customers are required to provide valid credit card details at the time of booking and authorize First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC to charge the card for any applicable service or cancellation fees. First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC reserves the right to refuse a booking for any reason.
WINDOW CLEANING SERVICES
Our window cleaning services are performed by trained technicians using professional tools and traditional methods. The process involves wetting the glass surface, scrubbing it with a cleaning solution, and using a squeegee for a streak-free finish. However, certain factors such as pollution, hard water stains, and building run-off can impact the clarity of the glass.
Please note that our estimates are based on the assumption of normal window conditions. Additional challenges, such as the removal and re-installation of storms, may incur extra costs due to unforeseen complications. Our goal is to provide you with transparent pricing and exceptional service, ensuring your satisfaction with every cleaning job.If there are any concerns regarding the job or pricing, please feel free to bring them to our attention at the time of scheduling.
RAIN GUARANTEE
At First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC, we offer a Rain Guarantee to ensure that your windows remain clean and sparkling for an extended period of time. Our exclusive bio-friendly solution not only cleans your windows but also repels dirt, dust, pollen, and rain, keeping them pristine for 4-6 months.
CONSTRUCTION/REMODELING/PAINTING
When it comes to construction, remodeling, painting, and other debris on your property, it can often leave your windows with significant residue that requires professional cleaning tools to clear. While most customers are satisfied with our services, there may be instances where scratches are discovered after the cleaning process. In such cases, the cost of repairing or replacing the windows can be a liability that we cannot assume. Therefore, we ask that customers indemnify and hold harmless First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC.
STAIN/OXIDATION REMOVAL
Our standard cleaning services do not include paint scraping, stain or oxidation removal, or any other issues that require specialized treatment beyond a mild soap solution, light scrub, and squeegee. Additional services can be discussed but will be subject to our hourly rate calculation.
We strive to provide professional and high-quality cleaning services to our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the best results for your windows.
STORM WINDOWS
Storm windows are removable glass panels that are installed over existing windows to provide additional insulation. Cleaning these windows requires removing, cleaning, and then replacing the storm panel. However, there is a risk of the glass cracking during the process of lifting, prying, and pulling to loosen the window from the frame.
At First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC, our staff has extensive experience in cleaning storm windows with minimal incidents of breakage. While most cleanings result in a favorable outcome, there are occasional instances where a window may crack during removal or reinstallation. The cost of repairing or replacing these windows can be significant, which is why we require customers to indemnify and hold harmless First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC.
Please note that there will be an additional charge for each storm window cleaned. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
SCREEN CLEANING/REPAIR SERVICES
Our team of experts utilizes the reliable screen cleaning method to ensure your windows are sparkling clean. When you have screens installed in your home, our team will carefully remove them before beginning the window cleaning process. With gentle yet effective techniques, we will clean both sides of the screens and ensure they are thoroughly dried before moving on to clean your windows.
While we strive to handle screens with care, there may be instances where a screen bends or tears during removal or reinstallation. In such cases, the cost of repairing or replacing these screens can be significant. Therefore, First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC requires customers to indemnify and hold harmless our company in the event of any damages.
Please note that there WILL be an additional charge for cleaning solar screens.
PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS/DAMAGE
At First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality service possible. In the event that you request it, we will make every effort to inform you of any pre-existing damage or the general condition of your windows. It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or potential damage, such as poorly attached blinds that may fall down. It is not uncommon for us to encounter windows with broken seals, low-e failure, scratches, broken blinds, bent screens, or other forms of damage during our cleaning services. Please understand that while we will do our best to notify you of these conditions, due to their prevalence, we may not be able to inform you of each and every instance. Please be aware that broken windows will not be cleaned as part of our services.
SPECIAL ORDER/ AFTER MARKET PRODUCTS
First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC takes great care in handling all glass, frames, and related products during our cleaning services. However, we cannot be held liable for any scratches, blemishes, or damage that may result from cleaning products with window films, applied finishes, laminations, or special order custom products that require special treatment. If your products are not compatible with conventional cleaning methods, such as detergents, razors, or steel wool, it is your responsibility to inform us in writing before scheduling our services.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters as we work to provide you with the best possible cleaning experience.
GUTTER CLEANING
Gutter cleaning is a crucial task that aims to meet the industry standard of removing debris from gutters and downspouts to ensure the smooth flow of rainwater from roof areas. Our team, equipped with safety gear, utilizes hand tools, blowers, and water hoses to effectively clear any blockages in the gutters. We also strive to enhance the aesthetic appeal of gutters that are visible to homeowners, such as those below windows or along sidewalks.
At First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC, we can only guarantee that your gutters will be reasonably clear on the day of cleaning. Regular gutter cleaning is essential to prevent water overflow and maintain the proper functioning of gutters. The frequency of gutter cleaning depends on the number of trees around your home and your budget.
Given the unpredictable weather conditions and the abundance of organic debris in our environment, debris can accumulate in gutters and downspouts at any time. By entrusting us with the task of gutter cleaning, you can ensure the efficient evacuation of rainwater and prevent potential damage to your property.
EXTERIOR HOUSE WASHING
Our Exterior House Washing Service offers a comprehensive cleaning of the outer surfaces of your home. Using specialized cleaning agents, we effectively remove dirt, cobwebs, bird/insect droppings, algae, and mildew from your gutters, foundation, siding, brick, shutters, window and door framing, and eaves. Our commercial-grade agents not only clean but also slow the future growth of mold and algae.
We take great care to use low-pressure cleaning methods to ensure that your home's surfaces are not damaged during the process. Please note that unless otherwise specified, it is the customer's responsibility to prepare the work site for our services. First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from loose or faulty siding, stucco, wood trim, paint, or any other substandard maintenance condition.
Additionally, we want to highlight that any water leakage or drainage issues into, onto, or around the structure, such as at doors and windows, are not covered under our services.
HOSTILE WORK ENVIROMENT
It is imperative that customers refrain from creating a hostile work environment for contractors. Conduct and speech that is intimidating, racist, offensive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate can be considered hostile. Such behavior goes beyond mere rudeness or casual joking and can significantly impact an employee's ability to perform their job effectively. If a customer fails to control potentially dangerous animals or engages in behavior that creates a hostile work environment, service will be terminated immediately, and the total invoice will be due immediately.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Please be advised that we reserve the right to implement rate adjustments as necessary. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified in the event of any rate increases. As the needs or conditions of your home evolve, you may receive a price adjustment accordingly. Prices for your regular maintenance cleaning are guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Should a client discontinue and later reinstate service with First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA after a lapse of 3 months, the original price guarantee may no longer apply, and a new rate may be established.
TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated by the Customer with at least 72 hours notice prior to the Service Time. First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC also reserves the right to terminate this Agreement by providing the Customer with at least 24 hours notice prior to the Service Time. In cases where the Customer is in breach of this Agreement and the breach is deemed irreparable by First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC, immediate termination may occur. It is essential for both parties to adhere to the terms of this Agreement to ensure a professional and mutually beneficial working relationship.
PRIVACY POLICY
First Priority Cleaning Services ISAOA, LLC values the privacy of our customers and is committed to protecting any information provided by them. We assure our customers that any information shared with us will only be used for the purpose of providing our services. We do not disclose any customer information to third parties unless required by law. By agreeing to our services, customers consent to us communicating with them electronically or through other means necessary for service provision. Rest assured, we take all necessary precautions to safeguard personal information from loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

We stand behind the quality of our services and guarantee customer satisfaction. If any part of the service does not meet expectations, we will return to re-clean the area within 24 hours. Customers are encouraged to contact our office during business hours to address any concerns promptly.
